Return Policy

Orders may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. A 30% restocking fee will apply to all returns without exception. There will be no returns on electrical parts and components or any hydraulic related items. The return shipping cost will be paid for by the customer. The returns must be in the original packaging to be accepted. The original invoice must be included with the returned items. Any parts that were used/installed will not qualify for a return. Please contact support@plowsupply.ca to initiate the process and request a Return Authorization#.
